What’s been happening:

The first college graduate in my family, I have taken my farm family heritage and Penn State Degree in Agricultural Science to dedicate my career goal in helping farmers. I have over 20 years in working for Maryland Dept of Agriculture. My wife Sonia and I are blessed with 5 children and they are all homeschooled. We are active in our church. I have gone on several short term missions trips in the states and in the Caribbean islands of St. Lucia and St. Kitts. We've hosted St. Lucian college students for 7 summers. In 2001, I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Brain surgery, bone grafting and 130 radiation treatments put regular life on hold in 2001. It was only by the grace of God and the prayers of many, I have been 7 years cancer free. I am an active beekeeper and was awarded the Beekeeper of the year in 2008 from the Allegheny Mountain Beekeepers Association.
